Transactions Coordinator

As a Transaction Coordinator, I help buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and closing agents/attorneys – basically all parties to the sale or purchase. Ultimately, my coordination between all the players helps our clients the most. I help ensure your documents are compliant and that all aspects of your contract or agreement are met to the satisfaction of all parties. I schedule inspections as needed and help keep lines of communication flowing so your transaction is seamless and easy! I enjoy keeping the details of every transaction well-organized. I hope to convey a sense of comfort to our clients so they know they are in good hands and I am always working in their best interest.
