Matt Shaw had our house under contract in 2 days! He was so helpful in making suggestions to get the house ready to put on the market and for getting people to make repairs to the house. Oh man, my husband and I cannot say enough good things about Matt. This was our first ever home, so selling it was daunting. We didn’t know what we were doing or what we needed to do. Matt came in and laid it all out for us. He was honest with us and never tried to convince us we needed something we didn’t. He worked with us and our budget to fix up before selling. He had a list of contacts that he’d worked with before to suggest to us, they all did awesome work. He and Kris staged it and brought a photographer in and the pictures were gorgeous. They really elevated the listing. When we found a buyer he was honest as we went through the negotiations. When our inspections came back with items that needed to be fixed I was a WRECK, but Matt answered any questions I had and made me feel much better. Because of Matt, my husband and I were able to sell our first home while we had already pcsed states away. He took the fear out of the process. 10/10 cannot recommend enough. He’s professional, he’s honest, and he got us a great sale price!
